Different QuickTime 4.x versions to be installed on classic Mac OS versions.
A note about the downloads available above:
- The first download above includes english version of QuickTime 4,
Mac versions 4.0.3 (68k) and 4.1.2 (PowerPC),
as well as versions 4.0 and 4.1.2 for Windows operating system. - The 2nd download above includes german version of QuickTime 4,
Mac version 4.1.2 (PowerPC), as well as version 4.1 for Windows operating system. - The 3rd and 4th download above contains separate install folders for 4.0.3 68K (for Basilisk and System 7) and 4.1.2 PPC (for Sheepshaver). No need for Toast - just download, decompress and install.
- The 5th download above contains the QuickTime 4.1 Showcase PC/Mac-CD (German)
- The 6th download is the QuickTime 4 Showcase and Installation PC/Mac-CD
- The 7th download contains the original SMI images from Apple's download page for QuickTime 4.0.3 in all available languages which are: North American, International English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean. Please note: I was not able to mount the SMIs by double-clicking. I was able to mount them by clicking 'Expand' in the Menu-Bar-Icon from StuffIt Deluxe 5.5
- The 8th through 21st download contains the different languages of QuickTime 4.0.3 seperated. Repackaged to simple read-only IMGs using DiskCopy 6.3.3
